PERMISSION has been granted to build four new houses in Trowbridge.
The applicant, Stone Developments Wiltshire Ltd, will now get to work on building the four two-storey buildings in Drynham Road, to the south of the town, after its planning application was approved by Wiltshire Council on Thursday, April 13.
A number of concerns have been raised about the application on Wiltshire Council’s planning website, with residents highlighting that traffic along the road has increased in recent years and this will worsen it further.
People living on the road have also said that it is already congested and there does not appear to be enough space for four new houses.
