TWO pupils have been suspended from Clarendon Academy in Trowbridge after apparently setting light to a toilet.
Two Trowbridge and one Bradford on Avon fire crew rushed to the school to put out the fire, which also damaged the toilet cubicle, using one hose reel jet, with crews wearing two sets of breathing apparatus.
The pupils were caught on CCTV leaving the scene, on June 27 at around 3pm, and admitted to the offence the morning after.
The two pupils are currently suspended and the school, who thanked the firefighters for their help, are working with the police and their families to deal with the next steps.
