A 30-YEAR-OLD man was arrested on suspicion of class A drug supply offences in Trowbridge on Wednesday (August 30).
Police located the Bradford on Avon man in the kitchen with scales, drugs, cash, wrappings and a craft knife.
He was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and was taken to Melksham custody for questioning.
He has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
PC Simon Margetts, of the Dedicated Crime Team, said: “The set-up within the address gave us reason to believe drugs were being prepared to be sold to other users and as a result we arrested this individual.
“Drugs are not a victimless crime, despite what people may think. We have potentially prevented these drugs from reaching vulnerable drug users in our society.
“Anyone wishing to report drug activity should call police on 101.”
