HOWARD Travel in Trowbridge has won a mystery shopper award.
In the last couple of weeks, a mystery shopper from travel industry publication Travel Trade Gazette visited the agency, in Church Walk, along with other travel agencies, asking for a Borneo adventure for two friends with a £6,500 budget.
And TTG announced this week that Howard Travel gave the best service of the bunch.
