Redrow Homes is opening its Tascroft Rise development in Warminster to the public for the first time on Saturday, 16th December.

The housebuilder is opening two show homes at the development which will consist of 203 two, three and four-bedroom homes on the edge of the Wiltshire town when completed.

Visitors can drop in any time between 10am and 5.30pm and members of the Redrow sales team will be on hand to answer any queries.

Tascroft Rise is being built in two phases with 57 of the homes due for completion in the first stage. Final planning approval was granted in May this year and the first homes are now available to buy.

Three and four-bedrooms homes will start from £312,995. Prices for the two-bedroom houses have not yet been released.

With easy commuter links to the M5, M4 and M3 and only a 30-minute drive from Bristol, the site will be made up of Redrow Heritage homes which take their design inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s and 30s with comfortable spacious interiors suited to contemporary family life.

They will feature top of the range appliances by respected brands such as Siemens and Smeg and will be very energy efficient, offering 35 per cent improvement over homes built just 10 years ago, with the capacity to reduce fuel bills by more than £550 per year.

The development’s site manager Jamie Rogerson was recently named as Redrow’s site manager of the year in recognition of his high-quality work at Tascroft Rise.

Hannah Pollard, sales director at Redrow South West, said: “Tascroft Rise will provide much needed, top quality family homes in Warminster.

“The development will offer the perfect combination of countryside living, looking out over fields on one side, and town convenience with the centre of Warminster just 15 minutes’ walk. We can’t wait to show off these beautiful new homes.”
