MARLBOROUGH Law has opened its doors for business, operating as a new legal services firm for people in Marlborough and the surrounding area.

Solicitors Karen Salmon and Alex Atkins have launched the new venture which aims to make their offices in Elcot Park, Elcot Lane a friendly and welcoming place for anyone seeking legal advice.

Speaking at the launch party of Marlborough Law, Mrs Salmon, of Shalbourne, said: “It is great to see so many people here, both faces we know and new people we hope to get to know. We love the location of our offices and want to make coming to see us a friendly experience for all of our clients.

“We have all known each other a long time and have been supported by friends and other family members including our children who have been great.”

The small firm was joined by Bryan Castle, Marlborough town councillor as well as other local business people during their grand opening, as they explained their aim to provide no nonsense legal advice in a practical way. The team can consult on a range of topics, from family law and tenancy disputes to employment issues.
