MORE than £7,000 worth of saddles and other bits of equipment were stolen from Staverton Farm on Sunday.
The thieves broke into the farm, off of the B3105, and then went into a stable room and stole a general purpose saddle worth £500.
They then stole one Ideal saddle, two John Whitaker ones, one Milton Dressage saddle, plus girths, stir ups and specialised pony boots from another room, costing £6,500.
