A Trowbridge woman who is accused of controlling or coercive behaviour in her marriage is to face trial by judge and jury.
Pauline Baxter, 60, pleaded not guilty to the alleged behaviour, which is said to have put her husband in fear of violence between the start of 2016 and July 5, last year.
Her 22-year-old son Liam is also accused of assaulting the man, causing actual bodily harm on Tuesday, July 4.
The pair, of West Ashton Road, Trowbridge, each pleaded not guilty to the charge at Swindon Crown Court.
Their case is on April 3.
