A TROWBRIDGE man who was caught with Class B drugs after he had stolen some goods from a shop in the town will spend 10 weeks in jail.
Michael Lee, Roundstone Street, Trowbridge, was arrested by police on May 16 at 11am after stealing items from McColl’s, Seymour Road, earlier that day.
The 43-year-old was charged with theft and possessing a Class B drug. He pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates last Thursday and was sent to prison.
He was told to pay £7.79 in compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.
