POLICE arrested a man who was hiding in a wardrobe in a Trowbridge home on Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

Officers were carrying out a welfare check at an address in the Longfield estate shortly after 1pm.

Once inside the address, they discovered a man hiding in a wardrobe with a quantity of cash and mobile phone.

A 23-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and was taken to Melksham custody for questioning where he remains.
