A brand-new community in Westbury was opened by the Town Mayor this weekend.

Scores of potential buyers headed to the event to see Cllr Ian Cunningham cut the ribbon at David Wilson Homes’ new Mill Brook development in the town, as it celebrated its official launch.

The opening, on Trowbridge Road, Westbury, was the first time members of the public were able see inside the new development.

Several homes have already been reserved.

Louise Ware, sales director for David Wilson Homes, said: “We’ve been absolutely thrilled with the reaction to Mill Brook. The homes are proving very popular and it’s not hard to see why. Westbury is a fantastic location and this, coupled with the great design of our spacious homes, means homes are being snapped up quickly.”

With the development now officially open buyers can visit Mill Brook for tours of its Holden and Chelworth style show homes. They can also get information on schemes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange from David Wilson Homes’ expert sales teams.

Cllr Ian Cunningham, who was given a tour of the development on Saturday, said: “It was a pleasure to cut the ribbon and officially open Mill Brook. The show homes that I was shown were well-appointed and I am sure they will be popular with those hoping to live in our delightful town. I’m also pleased to see the work the company is doing in the community whilst construction takes place.”

Mill Brook features a range of three and four bedroom homes from £310,000. To find out more visit www.dwh.co.uk and search for Mill Brook. Alternatively, call 0330 057 2222.
