TWO boys have been taken into Melksham custody centre after reports of a fire at The John Of Gaunt School in Trowbridge this afternoon.
They are understood to be aged 15 and 16 and pupils at the school on the Wingfield Road.
They were arrested after the Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service alerted police to the incident at 12.25pm today.
The fire, which was contained in a toilet block, is believed to have been started deliberately and police enquiries are ongoing.
Acting Inspector Louis McCoy said: “No pupils or staff were injured in the incident and the fire was quickly put out.
"Local Community Policing Officers will be conducting an investigation into this incident."
Anyone with information should call police on 101 and quote log number 116 of September 18.
