THE driver of a minibus operated by a Chippenham company has been charged with disqualified driving and fraud following a fatal crash on Wednesday morning.
The collison on the A420 near Marshfield at around 7.30am killed 18 year old Daniel England, who was from the Chippenham area, and left his 14 year old sister with head injuries.
The 56 year old Chippenham man who was driving the Faresaver bus is due to appear before magistrates this morning.

How does a disqualified driver ever get a job unless he was disqualified from driving while employed and did not declare this to the employer.
He should be charged with murder.
He knew what risks he was taking, everyone else did not.
Premeditated to some extent.
