Injured man rescued from river

WILTSHIRE Fire Service rescued a man who fell into the River Avon at Great Somerford.
Water rescue teams from Malmesbury and Chippenham attended the incident at Park Lane, Great Somerford after a man fell in the river on Friday evening and injured his leg. He was later taken to hospital by ambulance.
