'Dangerous' motorist admits crime

Comments (0)A MOTORIST has been released on bail after pleading guilty to a charge of dangerous driving.
Simon Webb, 25, of Royal Oak Close, Chippenham, admitted being behind the wheel of an N-reg BMW when the offence was committed in March this year.
Webb admitted driving the car dangerously along Bristol Road, Chippenham, on March 8.
Colin Meeke, prosecuting, told Swindon Crown Court on Friday: "The defendant further admits his anger was such he drove in an aggressive and intimidating manner and didn't care if he collided with the victim's car."
Webb was released on bail to July 25 so the probation service can compile a pre-sentence report on him.
