CUSTOMERS who bought tickets for Girls Aloud, The Levellers and UB40 at Bowood are being offered refunds by event organisers Eastern Breeze.
The gigs, which were scheduled for September 12-14 were cancelled last week. All concert goers who bought tickets from the Bowood House and Gardens Kiosk can return their tickets there for a full refund.
However, this refund does not apply to tickets bought directly from the promoter, and James Stewart, general manager of visitor enterprises at Bowood said: "We are aware of reports that Eastern Breeze has gone into liquidation but have no information about this. We have been unsuccessfully trying to contact Eastern Breeze."
Enquiries about refunds for tickets bought directly from Eastern Breeze should be made to the promoter on 0870 842 2230.
