Promises of leisure and babysitting in Seend auction lots

Seend Primary School will hold a vintage tea party and auction of promises on September 29, to raise money to pay for building work.

The event starts at 2pm with teas and cakes, followed by an auction of promises at 3.30pm.

Promises on offer include a weekend break in Cornwall, a day’s sailing, theatre tickets, personal training sessions and family days, as well as babysitting, a chocolate celebration cake and other offers of talents and skills. There will also be a raffle. Supervision for children will be provided to allow parents to concentrate on the auction bidding.
