ONE of the biggest paranormal events in the south of England is taking place in Wiltshire later this month.
Weird 10 is being organised by Chris Williams of Swindon UFO Research.
There will be celebrities, authors and well known paranormal researchers appearing at the two-day event, which is being held on the weekend of August 21-22.
It all takes place at the Athenaeum in Warminster, but a daily coach service is being put on for people from Swindon.
Mr Williams said: “You can expect a fantastic weekend of talks and presentations all hosted by the well-liked and respected Malcolm Robinson.
“Malcolm will introduce household names like Nick Pope and Dr Ciaran O’Keeffe, as well as popular researchers such as Philip Mantle, Dr David Clarke, Andy Roberts and Wal Thornhill.
“With such a diverse guest list many different subjects and theories will be covered from the supernatural in warfare, plasma UFOs and paranormal investigation to alternative theories of the cosmic standard model and the Rendlesham Forest Incident.
“There is something for everyone at the event regardless of your belief.”
Tickets are £35 for a weekend pass or £20 a day on the door or 10 per cent cheaper in advance.
