David Binding
Dave runs his family business in Bradford on Avon. He is also a functions supervisor for the Bath Rugby Team, Child Welfare Manager for Bath Youth Rugby and Child Welfare Manager for Somerset (RFU) County.
Responsible for criminal record bureau checks and child protection issues,working closely with Twickenham. David strongly believes in the opportunity for all members of the community to become involved in sport Founder member of Bradford-on-Avon Scouts Association and serves as the grounds co-ordinator. Dave is passionate about the community and its involvement in sport and recreation.
Believes that all individuals should be given opportunities to improve themselves and, believes that if people need help then they should be able to get it.
