Richard was born and brought up in Yorkshire, but has lived and worked in West Wiltshire for the last 22 years and has two daughters.

Richard originally worked in the motor trade for over 25 years and had motor dealerships and a large garage in Liverpool before moving to Wiltshire.

He ran a convenience store in Warminster but is now a director of a transport company which is mainly involved in collecting milk from farms throughout the South and Southwest of the country.

When not working, Richard enjoys travelling around Europe and is currently learning to speak Russian.

I very much hope you will give me the opportunity to carry on the excellent job that Judith Cunliffe-Jones has been doing on your behalf over the past few years.
