Jeff Osborn
Service in the Merchant Navy and Regular Army took Jeff all over the world. In his late twenties he attended Lancaster University, moving in 1974 to be a lecturer at Trowbridge College.
Married to Helen, they have two daughters and one grandson. A district and town councillor since 1996, concentrating on economic and community development, he works closely with local residents group.
Recently he actively campaigned to save Trowbridge Hospital. A keen supporter of Trowbridge Town AFC, he is looking forward to their new ground and facilities.
