Helen Osborn
Born in the Forest of Dean, Helen has long been interested in environmental issues.
First training as a librarian, she gradually become more involved in teaching concentrating on special educational needs.
Married to Jeff with two daughters and one grandson, she is pleased that she made Trowbridge her home. Previously a Wiltshire County Councillor, she has been a Trowbridge Town Council since 1995. Improved leisure provision is her major concern.
