Born in Warminster, Bill has seen many changes and growth throughout the town and understands the needs and views of the community.
He is a professional engineer working closely with county and district councils to make the area a better place to live and work.
Bill has a particular interest in planning issues that will attract new business giving people choice. Involvement of local communities is important and he sits on two working parties with local residents identifying issues that will make a difference.
He welcomes the new policing teams in the town and villages.
