Plans to improve streets in Bradford in Avon will be showcased in a series of exhibitions open to the public this month.
The plans have been developed by Bradford on Avon Town Council and Wiltshire Council and the first phase of the scheme will be the Market Street and Church Street junction.
The plans will look at widening pavements, reducing the width of roads and introducing more crossings.
This scheme is part of the town’s Historic Core Zone Project, which aims to rebalance the relationship between vehicles and pedestrians.
The exhibitions will be on display at St Margaret’s Town Hall on Tuesday from 10am to 1pm, Wednesday, January 23 from 2pm to 5pm and Thursday, January 31 from 6pm to 9pm.
Members of the project team will be on hand to answer any questions people may have.

perhaps need is the wrong word, but the headline of the article gives a very strong clue.

a very crafty 3 point plan; the first 2 points can be dealt with mutually.

This looks like a scheme to block up the centre of Bradford to through traffic - and spend loads of money that the council doesn't have on faffing about picking expensive street furniture.
Build a couple flyovers so you don't have to go through Bradford = sorted.
There you go, no need to thank me.
