LLOYDS Bank in Bradford on Avon is reassuring customers that it will remain open and won’t be following in HSBC’s footsteps.
HSBC announced last month that it is closing its Bradford on Avon Branch in Church Street on September 13.
Liz Tucker, bank manager at Lloyds in Church Street, said: “We have had a lot of customers concerned that we might close.
"Lloyds Bank has made a pledge that when they are the last bank in the town, they won’t close.”
