FITZMAURICE Primary School were crowned West Wiltshire Netball Champions after sweeping aside all opposition to advance to the county wide tournament in April.
On March 7, Year 5 and 6 pupils from the Bradford on Avon School bandied together against 10 other district tournament winners at Kingdown School, Warminster.
After swatting aside their four teams in the group, Fitzmaurice convincingly beat Bitham Brook in the semi-finals before triumphing 4-2 against St Johns from Marlborough in the final.
The unisex side will represent West Wiltshire at the Wiltshire County finals competition on April 26.
PE teacher Liz Vaughton said: "Everyone who participated should be proud of their achievement of reaching the finals."
