THE Houses of Parliament could be set for a new pie supplier after a Bradford on Avon pie company dazzled MPs and Ministers with their award winning pies at Westminster this week.

Andrea Leadsom was one of those present to taste the pies of Eat Square, with managing director Alex Joll showcasing his produce as part of the West Country Fair on Monday.

On the invitation of Chippenham MP, Michelle Donelan, Mr Joll served MPs and ministers who tucked into his pies of steak and ale, gluten free and vegan pies.

Mr Joll said: "There were a few comments saying the Houses of Parliament do not have any good pies on offer and we could supply them with our stock which could be interesting - we will look into that.

"Mrs Leadsom was a big fan of the pork sausage roll and everyone was surprised with the amount of meat we pack in and the flavour and quality of it."
