UNIQUE and spectacularly lit bikes will sparkle throughout the festive season at the Tithe Barn Workshops in Bradford on Avon.
The lights were switched on this week, bringing sparkle to the range of workshops
This new project was the bright idea of tourism officer Daryl Jones, with sponsors covering the cost of the bicycles.
She said: "Bradford on Avon Town Council are keen to support the success of the local economy and have worked in partnership with the local business sponsors to create this special illuminated display which will sparkle and attract visitors to the town. The sponsors for the Christmas Lightbikes are Brian Hill Financial Services, Holidays and Cruises, TT Cycles, Widbrook Grange Hotel and Varn Media Ltd.
"This has been fabulous team work and we hope that everyone will visit and see the magical wheeled creations in the next few weeks”
Bradford on Avon Christmas lights will be switched on Tuesday evening in Westbury Gardens with the Mayor Cllr David Garwood introducing four players from Bath Rugby Club.
