Georgian gardens, water features and beehives are creating a buzz of excitement as the Bradford on Avon Secret Gardens takes place this weekend.
A dozen tranquil gardens with mature trees, orchards and even the offer of Pimm’s on the lawn, will be available for the annual event, which runs from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday.
Debbie Stuples, of the Bradford on Avon Tourist Information Office, said: “This is an opportunity to come and watch the delightful hidden gardens evolve around our beautiful historic market town.
“This popular and highly successful event has been taking place for the past 21 years and has become a whole community event with home made teas and plant sales being provided in some gardens, to raise funds for favourite charities.”
Tickets cost £5 and include special money-off offers at the Fat Fowl restaurant and Jazz Cafe, the Tollgate Inn at Holt and The Bridge Tea Restaurant and Tea Rooms in Bridge Street.
The next secret gardens event will take place on July 26.
