Christmas card competition to raise money for Bradford on Avon’s Christmas lights has been won by former St Laurence School students.
The competition, organised by Bradford Chamber of Commerce, was to design a Christmas card themed around the town.
The five winners were Charlotte Bright, Emma Philpott, Amber McClatchey, Rosanna Hood and Simon Sanford.
Charlotte painted a view of Market Street and the Milli Spirit sculpture, while Emma painted a canal scene.
Emma, 19, from Avoncliff, is attending an art foundation course at Wiltshire College Trowbridge.
Now 2,000 packs of the cards are on sale, price £4.50, in shops throughout Bradford.
Chamber events organiser Arlene Caddow said: “We are trying to build up a pot of money to fund events throughout the year and make Bradford a really exciting place to visit and work.”
