A Chippenham woman who is said to have been involved in the trade in hard drugs has been released on bail.

Gillian Willis, 22, of Fredericks Avenue, faces charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine along with three other people. She appeared at Swindon Crown Court alongside east Londoner Daniel Narine, 29, on Friday. No charges were formally put.

They are alleged to have been involved with the seizure of 21 wraps of crack cocaine and three of heroin on May 22 last year. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to June 20.
