Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault on a car driver in Chippenham.
The incident took place at 3.20pm on Sunday on the Pewsham Way roundabout, Chippenham.
A man was driving his Volvo on the A4 towards Calne when he was involved in an altercation with a motorcyclist on the roundabout.
The motorcyclist punched the car driver's wing mirror before punching the driver of the Volvo in the face and riding off.
The motorcyclist is described as being in his late 40s and was wearing a white helmet while his bike is described as being black with 'L' plates on.
Police are appealing for information from anyone who saw the incident or may know the identity of the motorcyclist.
