A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of tanning salon pervert Stephen Strange after he failed to turn up at court.
The 44-year-old was due at Swindon Crown Court on Wednesday accused of breaching the conditions of a suspended sentence order imposed last year.
But he failed to attend the hearing and Judge William Hart issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
Strange of Palmer Street, Chippenham, was jailed for three months suspended for two years in September last year after admitting a charge of voyeurism.
He was put on a probation order and also ordered to receive psychiatric treatment during the two year period.
But just three months later he was back before the court after failing to turn up for probation appointments.
Strange had admitted a charge of voyeurism relating to an offence at the Consol Suncentre in New Road, Chippenham, in July 2005.
A woman was naked using one of the machines when a ceiling tile fell in to reveal Strange’s face leering down at her.
