Burst water main causes hold-ups

Comments (0)TRAFFIC on main roads in Chippenham town centre came to a standstill this morning after a main water pipe burst in Rowden Hill.
Motorists are being advised to use any other road that does not involve the Bridge Centre roundabout as traffic is gridlocked.
Workers from Wessex Water are at the scene trying to fix the problem but motorists are being warned to expect delays of up to half-an-hour.
