Staff at The Corsham Factory Store have been nominated for Customer Service Initiative of the Year at the 2013 Retail Week Awards.

The shop, based in the Martingate Centre, has been shortlisted because of its Shop Online...Offline service aiding their customers who do not have internet access.

The service gives their customers the opportunity to access the same special offers which the store provides on its website.

Store manager Catherine Symons, said: “Customers who don’t have access to the internet can still enjoy the great deals available on our website, by ordering in store. The goods they purchase will then be delivered to their home.”

The Corsham store will discover if it has been successful when the winners are announced in March.
