TWO people believed to be in their 60s have been taken to hospital following a three vehicle collision along the A4 in Pickwick, near Corsham, just after 2pm today.
Emergency services attended the incident in Bath Road, between The Cross Keys and Priory Street, after a white Mini was in collision with a grey BMW. A third car was also involved, but police say it sustained no damage.
The stretch of road was closed by police and a man and a woman were taken by land ambulance and Wiltshire Air Ambulance to the Royal United Hospital in Bath.
It is not known how serious the injuries are and police have confirmed that the road is still currently closed. There is traffic in both directions and police are advising motorists to avoid the area.
