Star of Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time Bob Flowerdew will visit Melksham next month to share his green-fingered wisdom.
The organic gardener, who has also presented on Channel 4, will give a talk at the Assembly Hall on May 29 on ‘No Work Gardening’, hosted by the Melksham Gardeners’ Society.
Cliff Fiander from the society said: “It’s a real honour to host Bob Flowerdew, with his special blend of humour and good gardening advice, as part of our series of events this year.
“Welcoming one of the experts from the BBC’s Gardeners’ Question Time team to Melksham is a real boost for the society, and we hope that many gardeners around the county – old and new – will come along to discover more from Bob’s expertise and years of experience.”
