A man accused of burgling the home of a friend's relative has been released on bail.
Sean Fordham, 59, is said to have broken into a property in Craybourne Road, Melksham, on Saturday June 14, with intent to steal.
No charge was formally put to Fordham, of Lincoln Road, Melksham, and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, November 14, and released Fordham on bail until then.
