Man and woman hit in early-hours Melksham attack
A MAN claims he was punched in the head as he walked along Bank Street, Melksham, on Sunday at 2am.
A woman was also reportedly hit as she tried to help him.
The man who allegedly punched them is described as 5 ft 7in with short dark curly hair and brown eyes.
He was driving a car in which there was a front seat passenger described as a large woman with dark hair wearing an animal print top.
Anyone with information should call police on 101.
