The new Wiltshire Air Ambulance was in action again today after a rugby accident this afternoon, the patient being flown to the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
It is believed that a player suffered a neck injury at Melksham.
A spokesman for the WAA Charitable Trust said: "We wish the casualty a speedy recovery. Thanks to everyone at the scene who helped."
Yesterday a 26-year-old man was flown to the Great Western Hospital after an accident between a Mitsubishi pick-up truck and a lorry at a slip road off the A417 near Cirencester in Gloucestershire.
@AnneliseDore tweeted today: "@WiltsAirAmbu @GWH_NHS Thank you, for looking after my partner yesterday. He wants to thank you for your help & support too."
