A scrapyard and its boss are to face trial by judge and jury accused of a series of regulatory offences.
The cases against Lee Hazel and his company Melksham Metal Recycling are due to be heard at Swindon Crown Court on Monday, April 27.
The firm, based at Station Yard, Melksham, and its 46-year-old owner are accused by the Environment Agency of operating without the correct permits.
Judge Tim Mousley QC bailed Hazel, of Pembroke Road, Melksham, until the trial.
