Melksham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group wants residents to help shape the next 10 years of the town.
It is calling on the public to share views either by completing an online survey or attending a drop-in event in March to discuss ideas and concerns.
The Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led statutory document and tells developers where they can and cannot build and what facilities and shops residents would like them to build.
The group is supported by Melksham Town and Melksham Without Parish Councils and local community groups. Initial views will be reported at the Steering Group meeting on January 28.
