Developers express interest in building new retirement homes in Melksham
DEVELOPERS McCarthy & Stone have expressed an interest in building retirement apartments in Spa Road, Melksham.
The company has sent out letters to councillors inviting them to a pre-application consultation to discuss the potential of developing the land opposite Spa Court.
Residents living closest to the proposed site have also been offered an opportunity to arrange an individual meeting with the project team.
The company are also going to hold a public exhibition before they submit a planning application.
