A HEARTFELT performance by Chippenham and Melksham theatre pupils took London's West End by storm last weekend.
Young talent from a Stagecoach Theatre Arts Chippenham and Melksham performed to support anti-bullying charity BulliesOut.
They were joined by fellow students from various schools in a special charity gala performance at the Phoenix Theatre in the West End.
Their piece, Let’s Get Loud, was accompanied by hits such as Rhythm of the Night and Hot, Hot, Hot.
Stagecoach Theatre Arts principal, Natalie Collins, said: "Our pupils have given something back to a charity we believe supports our ethos and values.
"It was wonderful seeing the pupils put all their efforts into an astounding performance which had everyone on their feet cheering."
All of the funds raised from the performance are being donated to BulliesOut, which works with schools, colleges and youth groups across the UK to combat bullying and support thousands of young people.
Stagecoach, part of a network of more than 600 part-time theatre arts schools worldwide, announced a partnership with the charity at the beginning of 2015 and has dedicated fundraising efforts towards them throughout the year.
