A MELKSHAM couple are celebrating the 10th anniversary since opening their shop in the town centre with 10 per cent off pictures this Saturday (March 19).

Photographer Andy York and his wife Christine are hosting an open day with discounts on frames, photographic services, giveaways and a chance to meet the new Melksham Carnival Royalty.

The couple opened the shop, in Littlebrook centre on Bath Road, in 2006, offering a range of photographic and framing services and are hoping for at least another 10 years. Mr York said: “We are very pleased to still be here to be honest, we owe that to our loyal supporters and customers. We have adapted quite well.

“We have had a successful 10 years and hopefully we can have much more than that still to come. We will try and carry on in the vain we have but we have a few exciting changes to come.

“I cannot wait for the open day on Saturday. It should be a lot of fun. Hopefully we can attract a lot of people from the town and further-a-field too.”
