Road closed after crash
9:02am Tuesday 19th August 2008 in Melksham By Charley Morgan
A MAIN road between Melksham and Trowbridge was closed this morning after a collision between a motorcyclist and a car.
Police were called to the scene of the crash, on the A361 Semington bypass near the roundabout leading to the A350, at 8.09am.
A man riding a Suzuki motorbike had come off his bike after colliding with a blue Vauxhall Zafira.
The motorcyclist was not thought to be seriously injured and was conscious and talking to officers.
The road was closed for a short time until 8.46am and the vehicles are awaiting recovery.
