Trowbridge man in court over roadblocking Asbo breach

A man has been accused of breaching his Asbo by deliberately parking a car to block a Trowbridge road.

Martin Peter Redfern, 42, of Wilton Drive, appeared at South East Wiltshire Magis-trates’ Court, Salisbury, on Friday, for an administration hearing.

Redfern, who was given his Asbo in December 2011, was arrested following the incident, in Wilton Drive, on July 6. He is also accused of causing £110 worth of damage to a cell at Melksham Police Station later that day.

A one-day trial is expected to take place at the Salisbury court on December 20.
