POLICE are hunting a gang of youngsters responsible for an attack on a man in Trowbridge yesterday.
Detectives believe the group of two men and two teenage girls are also thought to have been responsible for anti-social behaviour at the town's railway station earlier on Saturday.
The gang, consisting of two men aged 18-22 and two girls, aged 14-16, assaulted a man outside the Civic Hall in Trowbridge at about 7.45pm on Saturday and then escaped the scene by stealing the victim's car.
The same group were earlier reported to police for throwing beer cans and being aggresive to members of the public at Trowbridge Railway Station.
Police are appealing for witnesses to both incidents. If you can help call 0845 4087000.
