THIEVES smashed their way into an office on a business park near Trowbridge and escaped with nine laptop computers.
The burglary at White Horse Business Park has prompted police to call on local businesses to review their security arrangements.
The raiders smashed a window and entered the business premises at about 6.30pm on January 10 and got away with Sony, Vaio and IBM computers as well as a portable hard drive and laptop bags worth more than £2,000.
Police today appealed for witnesses to the incident to contact Pc Shaun Thomas at Trowbridge Police on 0845 4087000.
Pc Thomas also urged companies to look again at their security, especially those who own or rent ground floor office space.
