A 31-year-old man who is charged with carrying out a serious assault has been released on bail by a judge.
Benjamin Fernandez is accused of causing grievous bodily harm to a man on Tuesday, April 29.
No charge was formally put to the defendant, of Sleightholme Court, Trowbridge, and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Alistair McGrigor adjourned the case to Thursday, December 11, and released him on unconditional bail until then.
